Alzheimer's disease affects over 185,000 people in New Jersey. With over 279,000 unpaid caregivers providing care for those living with the disease, this represents a true public health crisis. Education and awareness can make a big difference in early diagnosis, access to effective treatment, and the ability to plan well for the future.
Join us on February 26, 2026 for a special program from the Alzheimer's Association here at Christ Lutheran Church (32 Pascack Rd, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677), and featuring community educator Terry Ciulla . This presentation will highlight current research on the connection between brain and body health and how lifestyle choices may support healthy aging. Topics include diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, as well as practical tools to help attendees incorporate recommendations into a personal plan. Light refreshments will be provided. Please let us know if you can be there. Contact us via email at church office or call 201-391-4224.
